ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Please note that FLORIDA TABLECLOTH FACTORY reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept it or decline it for any reason. In addition, orders must have sufficient and accurate information to ensure the faster processing. We may attempt to contact you by the means provided on your account in order to collect enough information prior to activating the shipping.

SHIPMENT CONDITIONS

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

RETURN POLICIES

The customer is fully responsible for inspecting and confirming that received merchandise matches invoiced merchandise as soon as it is delivered. The customer acknowledges that failure to make this effort upon check all goods will be considered negligence, who thereby forfeits all rights to resolution of claims for inconveniences with the merchandise.

Bear in mind that we accept returns within the 5 calendar days upon receipt of the merchandise, except for customized items ordered by the customers; these are considered final sales and in this case, returns are not available. Also, it should be noted that products must be under the same conditions (unused and undamaged) and customers are responsible for 10% of the restocking fee for the round trip shipping. Each return will be processed within 20 days after receipt of the products in the company’s warehouse.  It is important that after the item(s) are securely packed, the customer sends the item(s) back to us at the following address: 8700 SW 133RD AVE RD #312 MIMIA FL 33183.

Additionally, the customer releases our Store from the obligation to know about deadlines and agrees that it is the customer’s sole responsibility to plan for time-sensitive events with proper contingency. Special events will be treated discretionally.

Returns will be handled based on a reasonable analysis of the circumstances presented in the claim given by the customer. In the event that FLORIDA TABLECLOTH FACTORY sends incorrect merchandise, it is the customer´s responsibility to submit proof materials, such as clear pictures.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In order to guarantee the highest satisfaction, FLORIDA TABLECLOTH FACTORY attempts to process orders as rapidly as possible.  Please note that orders may be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and later shipping very soon after they are placed, for which you must to review orders very carefully prior to submitting them and if a cancellation is necessary, contact us in the next 24 hours after placing the order to increase the likelihood that we are able to stop your order before it goes to the shipping office.

COMMUNICATION

All communications will take place via e-mail or chat (when available). We do not have a call center; however, the e-mails will be answered in a maximum time of 12 hours on business days. E-mails received outside our business hours will be answered at the beginning of the following business day.

 

TABLECLOTH DESIGNS

TABLECLOTHS – ONE PIECE DESIGN: This design is common on short tablecloths (60″ or less on all sides). In this case, our tablecloths are made in one piece, seamless.

TABLECLOTHS – MADE IN TWO OR THREE MODULES: This design is common on large tablecloths (+60″ on all sides). In this case, our tablecloths are made with seams.
